Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Teacher Studio 360.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Teacher Studio 360 ("the Platform"), operated by Methodolia Corporation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Access to the dashboard and content creation tools is reserved for paying customers approved by an administrator.

2. Description of Service

Teacher Studio 360 is an AI-powered educational content creation platform that provides tools including: • AI-generated lesson plans, slides, quizzes, and syllabi • Flash card creation and sharing • AI image generation for educational content • Audio, video, and screen recording • Interactive whiteboard with recording capabilities • Live broadcasting tools • Educational games • Book and booklet authoring Features and services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts and Access

Access to the Platform requires an approved account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited.

4. Subscription and Payment

Teacher Studio 360 is offered on a subscription basis. All subscriptions are annual. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of a subscription term except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you create using the Platform remains your intellectual property. The Platform itself, including its AI models, interface, and underlying technology, is the exclusive intellectual property of Methodolia Corporation.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by the educator before use. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it with students.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to generate, distribute, or store illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Methodolia Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the Platform or by email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
